      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Facilities Manager in supervising facility aspects of restaurant management
      - Perform facility maintenance and repair through site visits and analysis of restaurants
      - Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for various restaurant facilities
      - Train restaurant staff on managing and troubleshooting facility issues
      - Provide detailed maintenance recaps to the Operations Team and Regional Facility Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong trade knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC/refrigeration
      - Knowledge of rules and regulations governing facilities safety requirements
      - Ability to manage multiple schedules and work effectively under pressure
      - Clean Motor Vehicle Report for travel between restaurants
      - B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience with two years of training in facility repair and maintenance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or appliance repair
      - Strong communication skills for training and conveying facility maintenance concepts
