What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Facilities Manager in supervising facility aspects of restaurant management
- Perform facility maintenance and repairs through regular site visits and analysis
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for restaurant facilities
- Train restaurant managers and staff on facility management and troubleshooting
- Provide detailed maintenance visit recaps to the Operations Team and Regional Facility Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC/refrigeration
- Understanding of safety regulations governing facilities
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and plan work effectively
- Excellent communication skills for training and conveying facility maintenance concepts
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent education and experience with two years of relevant training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with restaurant equipment and appliance repair
- Familiarity with facility maintenance practices in the food service industry
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report and safe driving record
