Description
Signing bonus for direct hires!
Dellino Family Law Group isn't your average law firm-we're a fierce, tech-savvy, drama-slaying family law powerhouse in Seattle. We fight for clients with skill, strategy, and just the right amount of sass. We've got infrastructure dreams are made of: an amazing intake team, a billing specialist who actually likes math, and discovery attorneys who are mythical unicorns that love discovery-so you don't have to.
Now we're looking for a paralegal who's ready to dive into litigation, keep things organized, and maybe even laugh at our Slack memes. You'll be the right hand to our attorneys, the calm in the chaos, and the master of all things calendared.
Joining us means stepping into a collaborative environment where your growth is as important as clients' success. We offer a host of benefits designed to support your well-being and professional development, including employer-paid insurance, generous PTO, and stipends for wellness and tech. We value your ideas and encourage a culture where your contributions are recognized and celebrated. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and find fulfillment in your work, let's connect and explore how you can thrive with us.
Responsibilities
• Communicating with clients like the compassionate pro you are
• Keeping attorney calendars and court deadlines under control (like a boss)
• Drafting pleadings, client letters, and the occasional motion (with flair and accuracy)
• Prepping for mediations and trials like a backstage magician
• E-filing, scanning, organizing, and generally keeping digital chaos at bay
• Being present in client meetings and helping them feel heard (and not lost in legalese)
