What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive and achieve company-defined distribution channel sales goals and objectives
- Execute market strategy to impact the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, production, and compliance adherence of assigned independent agent base
- Onboard new agents by supporting their navigation of contracting, certification, and training requirements
- Provide leadership for all broker training, recertification, and testing
- Manage the distribution of enrollment materials, marketing material, and administrative requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of related work experience in insurance sales or distribution channels
- 2+ years of direct supervisory/management experience
- Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- Experience working in the health insurance industry
- Experience with strong training and selling skills
- 215/240 Health and Life Insurance license
- Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills
- Experience working with multi-functional work groups
- Ability to travel within the state of Florida

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Florida Blue policies and procedures to effectively manage and coordinate assigned contracted general agency sales and service personnel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
