      Location: Remote (preferrably local to the DMV or Colorado)
      Employment Type: Full-Time Regular

      Description
      Ennoble First is seeking an energetic and motivated Account Manager / Business Developer to focus on adding additional contracting opportunities with our partners revolving around our capabilities in AI/ML, Cloud/DevOps Engineering, Software Development, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise IT. This candidate must have a strong background dealing with large and medium Federal IT Contractors and in managing accounts & portfolios related to various Federal Government Agencies.

      Primary Responsibilities:
      • Work closely with the Professional Services Team reporting to the Sr. Manager.
      • Act as a Business Development Manager to add new clients (med and large government contractors) and expand our portfolio with our existing clients.
      • Act as the Account Manager for new programs added with our partners.
      • Work closely with the functional manager(s) to manage the employees brought on to support your various programs.
      • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure continued growth- developing a Business Development pipeline of opportunities, leading the captures as the main POC for teaming arrangements, and executing/growing our footprint on programs upon award and during execution.
      • Work closely with our technical recruiters to provide candidates and services through appropriate contracts.
      • Work with clients in managing expectations and delivering to expectations.
      • Communicate regularly with both internal and external executive chain to manage programs execution effectively.
      • Write program reports, organize, and coordinate events and establish partnerships strategically to serve the contracts developed.
      • Facilitate customer and client meetings.
      • Attend events, webinars, and others to build/create stronger and new relationships with our partners.
      • Manage a pipeline of programs and opportunities using business and CRM tracking tools like Salesforce.
      Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years' experience working with/supporting government IT contracts.
      • Ability to quickly identify and establish prospective clients and generating IT business accounts.
      • Successful proven track record of building a portfolio of programs and tracking upcoming opportunities through the use of tools like SAM.gov.
      • An existing, strong relationship with federal agencies and large contractor partners (e.g. Leidos, Booz Allen Hamilton, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, BAE, Northrop Grumman, and others) is a plus.
      • Good background supporting the DoD, Intelligence Community, and/or Federal Civilian agencies for IT professional services needs.
      • Ability to work closely with high-ranking executives, capture managers, business developers, and with program managers to showcase our capabilities, get added to currently executing programs via subcontracts, and to successfully execute on programs via IT staffing.
      • Have a sharp presence of mind and a desire to work hard and grow within the organization.
      • Should be innovative, out-of-the-box thinker that can turn quality leads into revenue-bearing opportunities and guide them to fruition.
      • Must be able to meet the needs and challenges of a fast-growing IT organization.
      • Excel at customer deliverables.
      • Must be extremely responsible and accountable while having an open and engaging personality.
      • Excellent communication skills both written and Verbal.
      • Should have the ability to staff up programs with new employees and retain your existing employees.
      Desired Skills:
      • Understand the use of CRM tools like Salesforce.
      • Ability to use opportunity/business forecasting tools like SAM.gov, Deltek, etc.
      • Understand various IT lingo; Software applications methods, AI/ML concepts, Data Engineering Concepts, Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering and Enterprise Networking communications to be able to hold decent conversations with customers, employees, prospective candidates, and partners.
      • Ability to understand the need for NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Security Clearance needs/crossovers etc. and be able to work closely with the right personnel within Ennoble First and outside customers/Partners.
