What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with CyberSecurity Operations Management to maintain security and control in the Federal environment
- Manage Security Incidents and Events through the Security Incident Management process
- Develop and implement security standards, policies, and practices to enhance the security program
- Provide guidance and support to technical and business units on security-related issues
- Assist in documenting and updating security and risk policies, standards, and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate or higher degree in relevant information security or related technical discipline
- 4 years of security experience based on AWS cloud platform
- 3+ years of technical operations experience in Network Operations, System administration, SOC/CIRT team lead, or AWS Security Center
- Strong program management skills and excellent communication abilities
- Technical awareness of security technologies such as Tenable, Splunk, SIEM, and vulnerability management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in running Security Operations Team or serving as a lead within a group
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and forensics experience
- Familiarity with XDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, and penetration testing
