      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review applications from sub-grant recipients, evaluating plans, budgets, and deliverables
      - Monitor compliance with sub-grant rules and requirements, conducting on-site monitoring activities
      - Maintain compliance with federal and state grant requirements in collaboration with relevant personnel
      - Develop and implement plans and professional learning opportunities for stakeholders
      - Prepare reports for external evaluators, auditors, and the United States Department of Education

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of professional experience, or a Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization
      - Strong knowledge of grants and grant management processes
      - Ability to establish and maintain well-organized, efficient systems
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word programs

      - Previous grant management experience
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
      - Effective interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders
