What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist fiber optic and electrical technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks
- Support pulling, routing, and securing fiber optic and electrical cabling
- Help with testing, troubleshooting, and basic diagnostics under supervision
- Prepare job sites, tools, and materials for daily operations
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of one (1) year of fiber optic electrical experience
- Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Willingness to agree to a background check
- Willingness to agree to a drug test
- Ability to attend and complete all required training sessions
- Willingness to work in outdoor and field-based environments
