What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with trenching, excavation, and site preparation for fiber optic installations
- Support conduit placement, backfilling, and site restoration activities
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding job progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of one (1) year of fiber trenching & site work experience
- Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Willingness to agree to a background check
- Willingness to agree to a drug test
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
