      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS, high-growth tech, public safety, or software sales with a proven record of exceeding targets
      - Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and large contract values
      - Strong strategic and analytical skills in building account plans and managing sales pipelines
      - Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams
      - Willingness to travel 30-50% for in-person meetings and relationship-building

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in public safety sales or knowledge of NG9-1-1, CAD, call-handling systems, or other public safety technologies
      - Proactive approach to learning and professional development in the public safety technology landscape
