      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims with high potential exposure
      - Analyze coverage, determine compensability, and establish reserves
      - Conduct face-to-face meetings with claimants and insureds
      - Prepare large loss reports for internal and external audiences
      - Collaborate with defense attorneys and other vendors, including medical case management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 - 13 years of California workers' compensation claims adjusting experience with higher exposure claims
      - Active California workers' compensation adjusters license
      - Residence in Northern California
      - Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats
      - Industry designations such as Associate in Claims are highly regarded

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional industry certifications or designations
      - Experience working with complex claims and legal proceedings
      - Proven track record of successful negotiations and settlements
