  What You'll Do:
  
  
  • Drive your personal vehicle to active job sites serving the surrounding Indianapolis Area
  • Distribute door hangers and yard signs to specific high end neighborhoods.
  • Represent ALL IN Painting with a professional and upbeat attitude
  • Log your route and report basic updates to our team
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
  
  • Someone who isn't afraid of rejection or the occasional grumpy neighbor ????
  • A self-starter who can work independently and stay organized
  • Friendly, respectful, and comfortable talking to people when needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  
  What You Get:
  
  
  • $17.50 to $25/hour based on how fast you walk
  • Gas mileage reimbursement provided during work hours
  • Flexible schedule (16 - 24 hours/week)
  • Great experience in marketing, branding, and community engagement
