      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build understanding of global marketing platforms and execute them locally
      - Create and implement in-store events with retail partners to enhance brand awareness
      - Collaborate with running clubs and non-profits to engage the community
      - Lead training sessions to increase store associates' product knowledge and confidence
      - Manage travel and marketing budgets, submitting reports to the Field Marketing Lead

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree is recommended
      - Minimum of 1+ years of Marketing or Sales experience
      - Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
      - Retail experience, ideally in running and athletic footwear
      - Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and be comfortable with frequent travel

      - Professional background in crafting social media content
      - Enthusiasm and passion for the sport of running with a personal connection to running culture
      - Robust background in event planning and experience in merchandising
      - Comfort with presenting to groups and communicating effectively
