What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, execute, and oversee various events including conferences, client dinners, webinars, and community gatherings
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the representation and messaging align with company values
- Secure speaking slots and media opportunities for leadership to enhance thought leadership visibility
- Identify and manage event sponsorships and media collaborations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect events to pipeline impact and enhance digital visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or demand generation, preferably in a B2B or professional-services environment
- Proven success in representing a brand and managing diverse event types and sponsorships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in securing speaking engagements and thought-leadership opportunities for executives
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar platforms for tracking leads and event performance

- Confident and polished communicator capable of representing the brand professionally
- Hands-on experience managing vendors, budgets, and contracts
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams
