What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough walkthroughs of assigned commercial buildings to document detailed tenant data and property characteristics
- Navigate defined geographic territories to ensure comprehensive data coverage
- Professionally communicate with building staff to access tenant rosters and property information
- Identify and report new or missing inventory and discrepancies in commercial data
- Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all collected information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college (preferred)
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check

- Field experience in commercial real estate or data collection
- Tech-savvy with expertise in Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies
