      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the employer and the Jacuzzi® brand at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations
      - Engage customers in friendly and confident conversations
      - Generate leads and schedule qualified in-home appointments
      - Demonstrate premium bath and kitchen solutions
      - Support marketing campaigns, follow-up efforts, and event execution; assist in training and guiding Brand Ambassadors (for Team Lead role)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail experience; sales experience is a plus
      - Energetic and outgoing personality, comfortable initiating conversations
      - Reliable transportation and ability to move event materials
      - Ability to stand for extended periods
      - Availability for evenings and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or event marketing
      - Strong leadership skills and experience coaching teams (for Team Lead role)
      - Proven ability to engage effectively with customers
      - Familiarity with home improvement products and services
      - A positive attitude and a strong desire for personal growth
