What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for third-party sales representatives
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for internal field sales representatives
- Train field sales teams on CRM, quoting tools, and essential technologies
- Analyze performance data to identify knowledge gaps and deliver targeted refresher sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is integrated into sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for both live and virtual audiences
- Data-driven mindset and use of performance metrics to guide coaching decisions
- High emotional intelligence, allowing for quick trust-building across teams
- Ability to simplify complex systems and processes for a range of learner audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in coaching, training, or adult learning/education
- Demonstrated experience dealing with adversity and having crucial conversations
- Deep understanding of field sales processes and routines
- Experience and proficiency with Salesforce.com
- Demonstrated experience using key tools, systems, and reporting effectively
