What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outside sales visits to customer homes and trade shows to present products and services
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored product recommendations and price quotes
- Prepare and process required sales contracts and paperwork
- Maintain relationships with store associates and management to drive sales and referrals
- Participate in industry events to promote products and increase customer awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1+ years of previous related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (8-20 pounds) regularly
- High school diploma or GED is typically required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior in-home or virtual sales experience
- Experience in the home improvement industry
- Successful lead generation experience
- Proficiency with technology and applications (email, iPad, apps, etc.)
