What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct professional sales presentations in customers' homes and during industry events
- Assess customer needs and make personalized product recommendations
- Develop and negotiate customized price quotes, ensuring profitability
- Maintain relationships with store associates to drive sales and referrals
- Complete required sales contracts and process related paperwork
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1+ years of previous related work experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing 8-20 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior in-home or virtual sales experience
- Experience in the home improvement industry
- Successful lead generation experience
- Proficiency in technology and applications such as email and mobile apps
