      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outside sales activities primarily in customers' homes, delivering professional sales presentations
      - Assess customer needs and make tailored product recommendations
      - Develop and negotiate customized price quotes, maintaining profitability
      - Prepare and process sales-related paperwork, including contracts and measurements
      - Proactively seek out new referrals and maintain relationships with store management and associates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 1+ years of related work experience
      - Completion of high school diploma and/or GED
      - Ability to lift, handle, and carry materials or equipment weighing 8-20 pounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior in-home or virtual sales experience
      - Experience in the home improvement industry
      - Proven track record in successful lead generation
      - Proficiency with technology, including email and applications such as iPads
