What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outside sales activities, primarily visiting customers' homes to deliver professional sales presentations
- Assess customer needs, develop customized price quotes, and present warranty and financing options
- Maintain and build local relationships with store associates and management to drive sales
- Complete required sales contracts and paperwork, ensuring accurate measurements and specifications
- Prospect for new customers and participate in scheduled industry events to generate leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1+ years of previous related work experience
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (8-20 pounds) regularly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior in-home or virtual sales experience
- Experience in the home improvement industry
- Successful lead generation experience
- Proficient in computer applications and technology (email, iPad, apps, etc.)
