What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead outreach to healthcare practitioners within your territory to grow and develop your account base
- Plan and implement effective strategies to increase market share using company resources
- Conduct timely face-to-face contact with assigned accounts
- Responsively address customer concerns and inquiries to ensure satisfaction
- Attend medical conventions and training programs to enhance sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma; bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Valid U.S. Driver's License (Motor Vehicle Check Required)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word and Excel
- Willingness to travel extensively within a specific geographic territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Passion for building relationships to create sales opportunities
- Experience in customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfort with cold calling and engaging prospective customers
