      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 1 year of previous related work experience
      - High school diploma or GED preferred
      - Ability to lift and carry materials weighing between 8-20 pounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior in-home or virtual sales experience
      - Experience in the home improvement industry
      - Successful lead generation experience
      - Proficiency with technology, including email and mobile applications
