      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and grow productive relationships across Field Sales Channels to achieve and exceed sales targets
      - Execute sales enablement strategies and develop effective growth strategies to enhance revenue performance
      - Provide field sales training support through coaching, role plays, and real-time feedback
      - Conduct side-by-side selling and observations to foster sustainable sales behavior among technicians
      - Generate excitement and engagement around sales initiatives for multiple teams across a large territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Major Appliance Sales, Field Services, Retail Technology, Sales, Account Management, or a related field
      - Must have a performance rating of exceeds or above or be in a current coach-level role
      - Ability to work successfully as part of a co-located team with both employer and client employees
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others towards common goals
      - Must maintain a current driver's license in good standing and have reliable transportation

      - Presentation skills to small and large groups, across all levels
      - Problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
      - Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision
      - Collaborative team player who can work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
      - Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time, including potential air travel and overnight stays
