      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide sales leadership and collaborate with Field Applications Engineers and Business Units
      - Promote and sell products to established customers while developing new prospects
      - Manage multimillion-dollar OEM accounts and drive activity across a global sales channel
      - Identify interconnect opportunities and work with customer engineering teams to integrate new products
      - Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or Engineering with a technical discipline
      - Minimum of 3 years of current field sales and applications experience or related experience in energy markets
      - Strong understanding of interconnect solutions and international business practices is a plus
      - Proven ability to negotiate technical design wins and customer partnerships
      - Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in energy storage, eMobility, and lighting solutions
      - Familiarity with advanced Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
      - Previous experience working with Tier 1 OEMs and developing global accounts
