What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop professional relationships with key architectural and engineering firms to influence product specifications
- Implement specification programs to achieve annual conversion goals across targeted markets
- Provide training and recommendations on products and applications to various stakeholders
- Conduct technical and competitive analysis to support the selling process
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to coordinate specification selling plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering required; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of technical selling experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or evidence of progress towards obtaining one preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to read construction prints and understand building codes

- Results-driven with effective prioritization and follow-through abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for overnight assignments
