      - Provide feedback to management based on field observations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a rising Junior or Senior at a College or University
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Basic analytical skills required
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
      - Ability to plan and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Participation in collegiate athletics or club activities
      - Previous community service experience
