      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
      - Manage a team of sales representatives, providing leadership and mentorship

      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
      - Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs to the National Sales Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
      - Minimum 3 years' experience in the telecommunications or utility industry
      - Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar role
      - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
      - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of key distributors and contractors in the industry
      - Experience working with independent sales agents
