      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory
      - Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets through proactive sales strategies
      - Actively develop and qualify leads within the territory to drive additional sales opportunities
      - Manage account lists and travel within the assigned territory to maintain client relationships
      - Utilize data-driven business intelligence to identify new trends and opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferably in sporting goods
      - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred
      - Must possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with clients and team members
      - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Coaching or sports-related background
      - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
      - High level of self-direction and autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities
      - Proven resilience and persistence in handling rejection and overcoming challenges
      - Experience in navigating multiple functions within a CRM system
