What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute approved sales programs to meet or exceed sales targets for dental products
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities
- Assist dealer partners with advertising and merchandising programs to promote GC products
- Maintain customer databases and complete administrative reports in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the dental industry or selling dental products
- Proven track record in cold-calling and building new customer relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
