      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with The Home Depot management teams to develop and achieve sales growth plans
      - Engage customers throughout The Home Depot store to uncover opportunities for PPC products
      - Utilize a Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) to increase sales growth of PRO customer accounts
      - Analyze territory sales performance reports and develop strategic business plans to support growth
      - Maintain color centers and perform shelf maintenance of products during Product Line Reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience, which can include educational classes and/or internships
      - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
      - Ability to work a 45-hour work week, including base salary and overtime

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales or customer engagement within the retail or construction industry
      - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
      - Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and develop growth strategies
