What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute approved sales programs to meet or exceed sales targets for dental products
- Maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts in the assigned territory
- Assist dealer partners with advertising and merchandising programs to enhance sales performance
- Maintain and update customer databases and administrative reports in a timely manner
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on persuasion and clarity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook email
- Experience in selling to large accounts or in the dental industry
