      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively prospect and convert new Pro and DIY customers in-store
      - Build strong working relationships with Home Depot leadership and train store associates on products
      - Engage contractors and Pro shoppers to uncover new opportunities in the community
      - Utilize CRM insights to develop territory plans for expanding existing accounts
      - Increase product visibility through effective merchandising strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
      - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
      - Experience in inside or outside sales, retail sales, or other customer-facing roles
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish, capable of building relationships across a diverse customer base
