What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively prospect and convert new Pro and DIY customers in-store
- Build strong relationships with Home Depot leadership and train store associates on products
- Engage with contractors and Pro shoppers to uncover new sales opportunities
- Use CRM insights to develop territory plans that expand existing accounts
- Ensure inventory levels support sales activity and maintain color centers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in inside or outside sales, retail sales, or other customer-facing roles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, capable of delivering excellent service
