What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a sales strategy to retain and grow revenue streams from an assigned book of business
- Collaborate with team members across various departments to enhance client service and experience
- Create value-added solutions to help clients exceed sales goals
- Consultative solutions sales approach at the client's place of business
- Utilize Salesforce as a selling tool and informational resource
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices
- Strong skills in communication, customer service, and relationship building
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in automotive, auction, or wholesale sales/service
- Proven track record of growing accounts from an existing base
- Familiarity with SalesForce.com for navigation and reporting
- Experience in selling and servicing an account list
- Field visit experience to dealerships and auctions
