What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer accounts and identify new prospects for FMC products
- Focus on achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Develop and execute account plans while negotiating to meet sales goals
- Prepare sales presentations, call plans, proposals, and reports for communication
- Communicate market information and competitive practices to enhance sales efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture or related Life Science
- 5-10 years of sales experience
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience in value selling and agronomics
- Ability to make data-driven decisions using CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Crop Advisor or MBA
- Proven track record of driving new and existing business opportunities
- Experience negotiating with middle to senior management
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects independently
- Experience in leveraging critical accounts with national account support
