What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively prospect and convert new Pro and DIY customers in-store
- Build strong working relationships with Home Depot leadership to drive sales activity
- Engage contractors and Pro shoppers to uncover new opportunities within the community
- Use CRM insights to develop territory plans that expand existing accounts and capture new business
- Maintain color centers and participate in resets during product line reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in inside or outside sales, retail sales, or other customer-facing roles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, capable of delivering excellent service
