What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager and Regional Sales Vice President on sales orders and planning
- Sell capital equipment or machinery, preferably in the food processing or packaging industry
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of sales reports
- Work closely with the field service team to guarantee full customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience selling capital equipment or automated machinery
- Proven experience in the food processing and/or food packaging industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Willingness to travel 50-70% overnight during the week

- An undergraduate degree is preferred but not required for this position
- An aggressive, enthusiastic, and determined individual with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with selling equipment that includes a service component
