      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary customers to sell diagnostic products and services
      - Independently manage territory to increase recurring diagnostic revenue and medical device sales
      - Educate and train veterinary clinic staff on products, services, and customer engagement strategies
      - Communicate customer needs and competitive issues to marketing and management teams
      - Attend trade shows and educational events to enhance industry knowledge and customer engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing an outside sales territory
      - Experience in the veterinary/animal health industry, human healthcare, medical device sales, or capital equipment sales
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented sales environment
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including overnight trips and lifting up to 60 pounds

      - Experience in veterinary clinic and hospital environments
      - Willingness to relocate within the designated territory
