What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outstanding installation, onboarding, and training support for customers
- Perform hardware and software installations and ensure proper functionality of diagnostic systems
- Conduct ongoing relationship management and technical support for clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to address technical and workflow issues
- Document customer-related activities and maintain detailed records in the management database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in a related field preferred, or a combination of education and industry experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience with demonstrated success
- Previous experience in veterinary medicine and customer service preferred
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer networks

- Experience with in-house diagnostics utilization, installation, and training
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks during high workload periods
- Proven interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time
- Familiarity with veterinary diagnostic products and services
