What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FDA/Grifols Quality Systems during validation protocols
- Execute operational and performance qualifications at donor centers and affiliated locations
- Analyze validation data and prepare validation summaries for documentation
- Communicate compliance and cGMP issues with Field Quality/Operations and other personnel
- Conduct training with donor center teams and prepare staff for validation activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of quality and validation experience in a cGMP and/or IT environment
- Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and operating procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and computer applications used in donor centers
- Additional directly related experience or a combination of education and experience may be considered in place of stated requirements
