What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FDA/Grifols Quality Systems during validation protocols
- Execute operational and performance qualifications at donor centers and affiliated locations
- Communicate with Donor Center and Field Quality/Operations personnel to facilitate timely validation testing
- Analyze validation data and prepare validation reports for distribution
- Track and monitor process/system failures and equipment calibration events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of quality and validation experience in a cGMP and/or IT environment
- Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and standard operating procedures
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Directly related experience or a combination of education and experience may be considered in place of stated requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and computer applications used in Donor Centers
