- Work with Trust Attorneys and Employers to collect fringe benefits.
- Coordinate with Trust employer auditors and employers on yearly selection, audit results, appeals, and collection of outstanding fringe benefits.
- Answer and manage phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Maintain files and manage databases.
- Perform data entry and other clerical tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing reports.
- Conduct research as needed.
- Assist with customer service inquiries.

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join the finance department of a reputable local insurance company. This role involves collaborating with trust attorneys and employers to manage the collection of fringe benefits and coordinating with employer auditors for yearly audits and appeals.

The position is within the finance department and operates from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
