What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own defined components of the monthly close process, including preparation, review, and variance analysis
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across financial statements and supporting analyses
- Investigate discrepancies in financial results and drive process improvements
- Maintain and improve financial models and reporting templates to enhance efficiency
- Support cross-functional initiatives by providing financial insights relevant to business operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, banking, or a related analytical role
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with detailed data
- Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting processes
- Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close activities
- Ability to take ownership of workstreams and resolve issues effectively

- Experience working within a growing business environment where financial processes are being developed
- Familiarity with revenue recognition and accruals
- Proven ability to maintain data integrity and strengthen controls in financial systems
