What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and prepare KPI reporting, analyzing financials to inform business decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets, including critical review of business unit assumptions
- Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow
- Support management in tracking and reporting on key initiatives related to the medium-term plan
- Drive process improvements by synthesizing large unstructured data sets and enhancing automation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis
- Relevant Finance or Accounting degree required
- Highly capable in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrable ability to question and analyze financials and business drivers
- Familiarity with financial control processes and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the FX payments or financial services industry
- Experience working in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or Accounting team
- Knowledge of database management and SQL query writing
- Experience using reporting and dashboarding tools like Tableau (or equivalent)
- FMVA certification or part-qualified/newly qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA
