What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, monitor, and respond to regulatory data requirements for policies and products
- Assist in the development of user specifications and document requirements for product installations
- Support the month-end GL Financial close process and prepare Credit Related Rate and Experience Filings
- Perform data analysis and research for regulatory compliance and internal requests
- Build strong relationships with peers and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or Statistics
- 2 years or less of overall professional experience
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Basic to Intermediate proficiency in data repository platforms (SAS/SQL/etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of warranty or insurance product knowledge/terminology
- Basic understanding of database theory and experience working with databases
- Self-driven with a desire to take on new challenges and additional responsibilities
- Experience with analytical software (R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Competent analytical skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions
