What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with operations to analyze assigned regions and drive forecasting and budgeting processes
- Research and advise on proper GAAP accounting treatment for new programs
- Review monthly financials, working with the general ledger team to address any questions or corrections needed
- Present and report to stakeholders, providing recommendations for process improvement to finance and operational leadership
- Lead major financial projects, including software implementations and financial management of new programs
- Utilize business data to assess existing decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Help regional leaders understand and consider the broader financial implications of their decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in the finance/accounting field
- Experience with mergers/acquisitions and large organizations is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
