      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with regional leadership to provide data and analysis for business decisions
      - Analyze assigned regions for monthly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
      - Research and guide proper GAAP accounting treatment for new programs
      - Review monthly financials and collaborate with the general ledger team
      - Present and report to stakeholders and provide recommendations for process improvement
      - Lead financial projects, such as software implementations and financial management of new programs
      - Use business data to assess existing decisions and identify areas for improvement
      - Help regional leaders understand the broader financial implications of their decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
      - At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting
      - Knowledge of GAAP
      - Experience with mergers/acquisitions and large organizations preferred
