  As part of the Engineering business unit, the Finance Business Partner will partner with the business and Finance Lead to provide commercial finance support, identify and drive opportunities to meet business objectives through effective planning, analysis and advice on all commercial and financial aspects within the Engineering organisation.

  This role will also lead, support and advise key Operational stakeholders across the business on financial initiatives and performance.

  You’ll have –

  • 5+ years’ experience in the relevant field

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business or other relevant disciplines

  • Extensive financial knowledge and experience

  • Superior communication and influencing skills

  • The ability to positively influence stakeholders to overcome roadblocks to deliver successful outcomes

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver clear financial analysis and advice to management non-finance teams

  • Resource management experience in a project context

  • Strong sense of urgency, focus on outcomes and drive for success

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting objectives in order to deliver key milestones
