The Position

Finance & Business Partnering is an integral partner for the business along the entire value chain to steer decision making and to enable the medium and long term success of Roche Pharma Switzerland (RPS).

The Finance Enterprise Partner is part of the Strategic Finance and Insights chapter: As trusted partners we leverage data and actionable insights for strategic decision making to improve customer satisfaction and maximize business value for patients, the healthcare system and Roche.

As a Finance Enterprise Partner, you will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate across the RPS network with Marketing, Medical, Pipeline, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Patient Partnership, Quality & Compliance and Market Access and beyond RPS with Pharma, Pharma Finance and the Roche Group to achieve our ambitions. You provide strategic finance business partnering to our squads at RPS for the development of the strategic direction of our brands, drive investment effectiveness, resource allocation and prioritization.

You will achieve this by an entrepreneurial mindset, commercial thinking and ability to drive outcomes. Engage and influence decisions by leveraging networks across the organization and providing actionable insights on critical business topics for our brands and product pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic business partner to strive for best business outcomes including sustainable strategies for revenue generation and investment decisions by leveraging actionable insights and facilitating timely and efficient decision making

• Actively collaborate and engage in RPS and local / global finance networks to generate an E2E view with holistic financial and business insights to deliver on our RPS and Pharma International ambitions

• Contribute to the portfolio prioritization , framework and process and supporting relevant stakeholders in the portfolio strategy process and resulting resource allocation.

• Drive and coordinate Sales, OPEX & KVV/ PM planning, budgeting and reporting for RPS.

• Ensure technological advances are integrated in insights generation processes and continuously seek opportunities to drive process improvement and efficiency in core tasks

• Coach the organization to ensure financial topics are understood and acted on in a compliant way.

Who you are

As a suitable candidate you have a Bachelors, Masters or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline and 3+ years experience in Controlling or Finance Enterprise Partnering.
